Ok, if you are asking this question than that makes me think you have something to be concerned about. You know that saying no news is good news. Well, keep it in mind.
it would have been instant, if you haven’t heard yet, more info please, if it was a test at MEPS it would be instant, if it was a random test done say a year or two or three into your service, then it could be a few weeks.
I have failed a military drug test before and i didn’t hear anything for two weeks after peeing in the cup. then i was called into the CO’s office out of nowhere. but if it was a boot camp test or a M.E.P.S. test, then it is instant results. they will only notify you if it’s bad news.

When you get called into your 1st Sgt or Commander’s office you will know the test came back.
